passed away peacefully on July 21, 2021.
He was the ultimate gentleman, caring and kind. He had a great sense of humor. A smile for everyone. Frank was very much loved by anyone who had the pleasure of his company.
He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Forever remembered.
