Passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Dora (Addolorata). Loving father of Laura, Costanzo (Stan), Luigi (Taryn) and Anna (Nick DiCiaula). Cherished grandfather of Kristina (Ugo Ciavoliello), Giancarlo and Tania Santolin, Felicia Paulozza, Sebastian, Jullian and Izzabella Paulozza, Desiree, Natalie and Melissa DiCiaula. Great grandfather of Mario Gioacchino Ciavoliello. Jack will be sadly missed by his family, friends and relatives. Visitation will be at the Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Parkway South, Aurora, 905-727-5421 on Monday October 1 and Tuesday October 2 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady Of Grace Church, 15347 Yonge Street, Aurora on Wednesday October 3 at 11am. Entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
