Peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Monday April 20, 2015 after battling dementia for years, at the age of 82. Joan beloved wife of the late John Partington. Loving mother of Janice (Scott Emery) of Bradford, Elizabeth (Bob Murray) of Oshawa and Suzanne Partington of Peterborough. She will be sadly missed by 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Survived by her sister Jean (Allan Crocker) of Peterborough. Visitation will be held the Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Parkway South, Aurora, 905-727-5421 on Tuesday April 28 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady Of Grace Parish, 15347 Yonge Street, Aurora on Wednesday April 29 at 10:30am. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
