Lovingly remembered by his wife, Margaret.
Dad will be deeply missed by his children: Robert (Kim), Suzanne, Michael (Nancy), Edward (Angie), Marnie (Johnny) and John (Andrea).
Grandpa will be cherished in the hearts of his grandchildren: Shawna, (predeceased by Brittany-Lynn), Patricia, Daniel, Danielle, Nicole, Dylan, Frank, Alexia, Kyle, Cole, Hannah and Zachary.
And by his furry companions, Buddy and Boo-Boo.
Visitation for Melvin will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 from 12 noon until the time of the Funeral Service at 1 pm at Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Parkway South, Aurora, Ontario L4G 6W8. Interment Aurora Cemetery, 14253 Yonge St., Aurora, Ontario L4G 0P2.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society – Relay for Life at Sir William Mulock Secondary School, and sponsor Zachary Pursley, or Danielle Gledhill or Nicole Gledhill as they participate in the relay in memory of Grandpa.
