On October 14, 2022, after a beautifully lived eighty-three (83) years of life, Norma Mae Nugent passed away peacefully at her home. She leaves behind seven (7) precious children and twenty-two (22) grandchildren. Norma will forever be remembered with grace, dignity and love by her children, grandchildren, extended family and friends. She was a kind, easy-going, caring and wonderful mother who always looked out for others until her last breath. It was always her joy to feed everyone with her gift of cooking; she made the most delicious soups and was a gifted baker whose wonderful Easter Buns will never be forgotten. Our hearts are broken, and she will be missed dearly. Her family and friends eagerly anticipate the day when we meet her again at the return of Jesus Christ and the resurrection of HIS children.
A Gathering of friends and family for Norma will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2022 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. with Funeral Service to follow at 11 a.m. at Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Parkway South, Aurora, ON L4G6W8. Burial at Aurora Cemetery.
