You will never be forgotten.  I am trying not to be sad that I won't be able to write to you here anymore but it's hard.  We'll always have the balcony.

I wish I had the money to keep this guestbook online but I do not.  I will find some other way to honor your memory, my friend.

Bob,

Jill and I think of you often.  Wish we had met your family not just heard of them.  Miss talking golf stories but will remember them always.  We miss our little visits with you.

It doesn't feel like it's been a year since your transition into the next life.  We miss your little smile of fondness when you would see our children in the hall.  Not a day goes by that we don't think about you as we pass 511.  Someone else lives there now but to us, it will always be "Bob's apartment".  

I don't know your family's views on the afterlife but I know mine and I know your energy is what has helped me kick a 20 year addiction cold turkey.  It's hard to find goodness in death but yours has not been without purpose.  Thank you for giving me the willpower to beat it.  And I know why you felt you owed me a favor.  We're even now ;)

We will always remember you and hope you will do the same for us.  It's not every day someone saves your life.

See you on the other side someday my friend.

We got to know Bob well, very kind man had great times at the CaSeenOh!!!  Sorry for the lose of your father, grandfather, brother, and friend... Prayers sent to all.

I had the honour of knowing Bob for several years. He was an amazing man; always funny and interesting to listen too.  He told the best stories!  He will be missed, but will always be in my memories.  My condolences to his family.  My thoughts and prayers are with you through this difficult time.

We are so sorry to hear of this.  I phone the co-op just to check on him.  I had thought maybe he had gone to California.  The co-op nicely called me back today with the news.

"I worked with Bob at Redpath Sugar from 1981 until he retired.  He was a gentleman and one of the best salesman I have ever met.  I have fond memories of him.  He was a golf pro who never complained when playing golf with a guy like me.  Bob, have fun on the fairways of Heaven.

Bob, it was always great talking with you in between golf lessons down at the driving range.  You were a great friendly person and always had a great story to tell me.  You loved golf and people and when you combined them together you were a great marshal at the golf course.  Im going to miss the chats we had.
