Rob was born in 1966 to the late Ed and Diane James, taking residence in Aurora, ON for the first 28 years of his life. Robert James was the most kind, generous and loving man to anyone he crossed paths with. He was highly respected by everyone in the racing, hockey and Bradford community. Robert was always family oriented and welcomed anyone into his home with open arms.
Leaving behind his beloved wife, Darleen James of 30 years and two children Connor (Danielle) and Chelsea (Paul). Will be missed by his older brothers, Dennis and Stuart (Cathy). He will also be missed by nephews Ryan (Amy), Alex (Lauren), Dan (Stephanie), Darren and Eric.
With his huge heart, sense of humour and charm, he made friends no matter where he went. He left such an imprint in this world. Rob will be forever missed by his family and friends. He always aimed to be remembered like his father and boy is that ever true. His parents would be so proud of the man he was.
A Celebration of Life for Rob will be held on Sunday January 26th, 2025 from 1pm-5pm at Filly and Co. 14888 Yonge Street, Aurora, ON L4G1M7
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation, Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation in memory of Rob.
