It is with great sadness and great loss that we announce the passing of our mother Sakae (Sandy) Kondo. She was 88 years old. Our mother was a kind and generous person who talked to anyone who passed by her house or while she walked around the neighbourhood. She was independent until the end. She is predeceased by her late husband, Mitsuharu (Mitch), older sister Suzuko and younger brothers, Kiyoshi and Kenji. She is survived by her sons, Arnold George and Andrew Koji and her younger sister, Kaoru and nephew Akira, both of whom live in Japan
