She is remembered for her kind loving soul and selfless nature. Taren is survived by her daughter Aliviah, parents Deborah Matthew and James Matthew. Her sister Krysten Matthew and her two nieces Aaliyah and Amiyah.
Visitation will be held at Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Parkway South, Aurora, ON, L4G 6W8 on July 13, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm followed by a Celebration of Taren's Life from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. A reception will be held afterwards at Madison Greenhouse Event Venue, 160 Bayview Pkwy, Newmarket, ON L3Y 3W3.
