Willene was a remarkable woman—talented, joyful, and full of spirit. Even in life’s hardest moments, she reminded those around her, “If I don’t have laughter, what do I have?” Her humor and resilience were gifts she shared generously with family and friends.
She is lovingly remembered by her son Glenn, daughter-in-law Dina, and her cherished grandchildren Mackenzie, Liam, Brooke, and Jack. Though she will be deeply missed, her memory will live on in the laughter and love she inspired.
Willene now reunites with her beloved husband Bruce and daughter Nina, and we take comfort in imagining her laughing with them. Enjoy it, Mom—you deserve it.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 29, 2025, from 1–5 p.m. at 180 John West Way, Aurora.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Southlake Residential Care Village Long Term Care Home in her honor.
