It has been a little more than three years since I first met Joe.  I wish I had more time to get to know him.  He was a charming gentleman and I really enjoyed the time I spent with him.  The world is a smaller place without him.  -- Rick Brimer

I was introduced to Joe by my daughter, Katie.  Due to COVID restrictions I was only able to meet with him personally once.  Before I met him, Katie had told me that we had a lot in common and that I would like him.  When I did meet him I really enjoyed our time together.  I was sorry that his health prevented us from meeting again, though I tried on several occasions.  I found him warm, friendly, humorous and an engaging person.  For someone I knew so briefly, I miss him a great deal.  I consider him a friend.  I offer my sincerest condolences to Joe's family for their loss.
