Andrew Thomas Aman was born in Toronto, Canada on February 6, 1966. He was a kind, loving, and generous father, companion, and brother. Andrew was the oldest sibling of his two younger brothers. He was also a benevolent and affectionate uncle to his nephews and nieces, whom he loved them all so very dearly.
Andrew attended Eanes Elementary School, Hill County Middle School, and Westlake High School. He graduated from Texas State University, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1990. He received his Master of Business Administration degree in 1995 from LeTourneau University in Texas.
Andrew moved to Austin, Texas from Toronto, Canada when he was three years old. He was a Global Business Development Manager for major corporations such as Brown & Root Industrial Services, Compaq Computer Corporation, and Hewlett-Packard. He has been with Cisco Systems in the past ten and a half years and his position was Business Development Sr. Manager.
Andrew loved the outdoors and loved spending time with his family and friends. He always gave them time because he cared about each and every one so much. He was a die-hard fisherman and loved to play soccer. He was always active and came up with all kinds of projects indoor and outdoor for his homes. The bi-annual Big Bend trip and annual family reunion with the family were what he looked forward to the most. Taking photos while we hike, enjoying the beautiful scenery, and spending time and chatting by the fire pit, seeing everyone having a great time are just a few of many things that made him happy and content.
Andrew is survived by his four children, Sabrina, Lauren, Michael, and Natalie, who love their Papa and will miss him dearly. He is also survived by his beloved wife, Winnie. Andrew and Winnie met each other in 2009 through their closest friend, Nancy. Their Aunt Lenore, officiated their wedding in 2011 and they recently celebrated their 8th wedding anniversary on September 30, 2019.
Andrew was a strong, positive, caring husband that loved his wife tremendously, he was a loving big brother who valued the brotherhood like no other, and he was an impeccable father that would turn the world upside down for his kids.
He was also genuine and kind to family and friends, always organized get-togethers for friends and family, loved grilling and entertaining. He was loved dearly by anyone who interacted with him.
He is irreplaceable and will be missed deeply by all who knew and loved him.
A Celebration of Life service honoring Andrew will take place at a later date.
