Betty Walden Betty Walden, age 78, of Pflugerville died Sunday, February 13, 2005 after a lengthy illness. Betty retired from the Pflugerville Independent School District after 20 years of service as a cafeteria manager. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Walden and son Ronnie Walden. Survivors include, daughter, Patsy Laake and her husband Kelly of Pflugerville; four grandchildren, Patricia of Pflugerville, Alan of Kyle, Michael of Pflugerville, and Christopher of Pflugerville; six great-grandchildren; and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jerry and Shirley Walden of Austin. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Monday, February 14, 2005 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home.
