Billy Daniel Stallings, age 34, passed away in Ft. Collins, Colorado on September 3, 2012.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on September 15, 2012 at Cook-Walden Chapel of the Hills Funeral Home, 9700 Anderson Mill Road, Austin, Texas 78750.
