She was born in Seymour, Texas to Cecil and Edith Longley on December 12, 1933. She lived her vagabond life alongside her husband William, an officer and physician in the Air Force, and two daughters Tina and Tami. Upon her husband's retirement from the Air Force, she and her family relocated to Austin, which became their final destination. She has made many wonderful friends along the way with a very special second family from Donn's Depot.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Cecil and Edith Longley, her sister, Jean Longley Blakeley, her husband, William Cleland, and her daughter, Tami Cleland Carruthers.
She is survived by her daughter Tina Cleland Stephens and son-in-law Joel Stephens, grandson Travis Stephens, step-grandson Sean Stephens, great grandson Fox Stephens, brother Eddy Longley, and nephew Kevin Blakeley.
