Cecil Le Roy Lee Baker, born November 19, 1932 to William and Florence Baker in La Habra, CA, departed this life on Monday, January 10, 2005. Lee proudly served in the United States Navy from June, 1950 to August 1969, retiring with an Honorable Discharge as a Boatswains Mate 1st Class. After the Navy, Lee drove for United Van Lines from 1976 to 1998. Lee was preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters, Freda, Fritz Chapman of Long Beach, CA, Virginia Hall of Bay City, WI, Lena Costly of Wilmington, CA, Clara Red Smith of Ojai, CA, Raymond Baker of Paso Robles, CA, and Calvin Bud Baker of Ventura, CA, and niece Billy Flo Buckner of CA. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Linda Baker of Leander, TX, children, Thomas Herrington of LeHigh Acres, FL, Sherry and Roy Freeman of Cave City, AR, Teresa and Troy Bickerstaff of Leander, TX, and LaQuita Lynn McDougal of Bakersfield, CA, and nieces Raellen Penning, Janice Anderson, Patti Crockett, and Sheila Smith all of CA.
