Old and got married already with Mr. John schlossberg, and is 5 me nths pregnant. Lisa, is having a boy. The babbys name is going to be named Cesar augosto schlossberg. You are almost to have another grandkid congratulations.

You used to dropped me to school and picked me up at school to take me out to eat  and buy me cloth so I can go to school. Our son is 41 yrs. Old. We love you and we are missing you. Hi Cesar I still love you. Remember over their in Laredo, tx . That we used to date you used to picked me up at school and dropped me home take me out to eat every day. And pay me everything. I still have all ours pictures. And remember that we used to work together. At the manpower office? That you used to own the little yellow car. When you and I used to be together we enjoyed a lot of fun. I  still cry for you. I cannot find another men like you. In the world. Our son loves you so much that he crys for you. He h got married  and his son name is Cesar a. Farias 4 the. So your name don't be forgotten in the world. Your name is always going to go thru thegeneration.because their is no other name like you in the world. Everybody in my family loves you Cesar. Rest well.



Although it has been quite a while since I was lucky enough to be with Cesar, I will miss his sharp wit and kindness.  When I first moved to Austin in the 80s we worked together and shared some fun times at/after the Capitol 10000 race.   It was always a pleasure to be with Cesar and I pray that his boys will take comfort in the wonderful memories of a great Dad and friend.  Cesar, you were taken from this world too soon - you are truly missed.



I worked at the texas Water Commission with Cesar during the 80's.  We  voluneered at Aqua Fest together, went to parties, happy hours and spent many hours talking.  He was a very special man and I always enjoyed his wit and wisdom through those years.  I have missed seeing him these past years, but will rest in the knowledge that we WILL see each other again someday.  My sympathy goes to all his family and beloved friends who will miss this precious man.  In His Name, Sheri Estes



Cesar, even though I met you so late in your life, I could tell that you were special, unique, (I called you "querky" - a good thing!) and that you made this earth a better place.  I know that I was very lucky to have happened to meet you.  You laughed when I called you "wise" but I think you were: willing to learn, to adapt, to change, to listen.  Your life did seem to be such a journey, not always an easy one.  I can only imagine where the years I thought were ahead for you would have taken you - and us - if only you'd been given more time.  I looked forward to the friendship and am so very sorry that I will miss out on it.   I will miss you.
I want your three sons, who you spoke so highly of and treasured, to know how much you were loved and respected.



I will never ever come close to Cesar's insight into life much less his writing skills.  Here's a quote from an email he sent his monthly card playing friends a month ago.  In retrospect, I regret not reading more into it.  Only Cesar could describe this event in such a laughable manner:

"I had a little mishap.  A guard rail jumped in front of me while I was taking a well deserved nap in the driver's seat. I blew my horn and even shot it the finger, but it would not move out of my way.
 
It needs to get fixed asap (my car that is, the guard rail looks good as new) so I'm not sure what my vehicle condition will be tomorrow.

I will always miss Cesar.





It is with a heavy heart that I heard of Cesar's passing. Cesar was my very first friend when I moved to Austin in 2004. In fact, shortly after we met, we attended a weekly group for those wishing to plumb the depths of their creativity. The group was comprised of artists, writers and what-not, and Cesar, doubting himself, would say he's really just an engineer, but anyone in his presence knew the he was so much more than that. He was imagination and impeccable presentation. He could make something ordinary seem extraordinary, peppering a conversation with his rarified humor and insight. And with Cesar, you always knew you were going to get something authentic and real, like the Velveteen Rabbit. 

I deeply regret that I hadn't seen him in awhile, because I would've liked one last time to be the receiver of his shiny intelligence and wit, to have basked in his immeasurable kindness and generosity, and to have been challenged by his inexorable inquiry into life. 

I feel a profound loss knowing he is no longer on this planet to grace we mere mortals. I will miss his inimitable smile. He was the rarest of people and I will miss him entirely.



To the family,
I want you to know that Cesar was one of the really good guys and one of the finest people I will ever know.  I worked on several projects with him at RMT and its predessesor Jones & Neuse.  He had a way of making work fun even with the long hours and travel.  He was a true professional, finding solutions to complex issues and always with the best interest of his clients at heart.  I will miss his sense of humor and his compassion.  I will remember him always.  My love to all of you.



As a 1958 St. Joseph's Academy graduate, it is a sad moment to learn of the passing of an Antler comrade.  CÃ©sar was a few years behind me, his being the class of 1967.  I regret I didn't know CÃ©sar except as a young boy who was the younger brother of Cordelia and Bita.  And I remember his parents who were friends of my parents -- and I would assume my grandparents were friends of his grandparents.  That was how it was in Laredo.  From what I know of CÃ©sar, I missed out on not knowing him better.  I accompany Bita, Cordelia, and CÃ©sar's bride and children in their sorrow.  We who are left behind do grieve, as Jesus grieved over the temporal loss of St. John the Baptist, Lazarus, and St. Joseph, but we also recognize the glory of an eternal life free of pain and suffering and full of joy and happiness.  That is what we strive for.  And CÃ©sar has taken the place he strived for with his faith, love, and goodness.  I have included him in my prayers, as well as his family that they are reinforced with the blessings of strength as they make their way in his physical absence. I knew Cesar for the last 12 years both as a professional consultant and as a friend.  He touched a lot of people at PSC and was the Engineer of Record for our Houston, Dallas and Avalon Texas facilites.  Over the years he met alot of people at PSC and everyone he met connected with him immediately.  He was liked and admired by everyone here and we will all miss him.
We will remember him as the bright, humourous guy that was always willing to jump in and help out.  God bless his family and may he rest in peace.

Cesar and I were the best of friends throughout high school, college and afterward.  He honored me and my wife, Laura, by being my Best Man at my wedding.  Learning of my beloved friend's passing leaves a void in my heart.

My friends and I have many wonderful memories of Cesar.  He was full of kindness and compassion, but I remember him as always being the optimist and, of course, his trademark sense of humor.  I last saw Cesar at a class reunion a couple of years ago.  Not having seen him after that is truly my loss.

I would like Cesar's family to know that he was loved and respected by all who had the privilege of knowing him since his early days.  He will be miss by all of us.

Dear Cesar,
I remember well the last time I saw you.  It was at my dear father Carlos's funeral in February 2008.  I was so happy to see you at it, and not surprised by your coming to see us even though many many years had passed since we had been in touch.  You were true to form that day consistent in your attitude of showing honor when honor is due.  You honored my father well that day, not only by your presence in marking such a milestone for him, but in your unassuming way of showing love, thoughtfulness, kind heartedness, compassion, humility, faith, strength and an everlasting Farias trait of playfulness.  I promise to search out your 3 sons tomorrow and offer them the same open arms and embrace that so strongly came from you, who though distant in circles (or stages) of life, maintained your heart connection to our family and our common history because of the integrity with which you lived. 

I am so looking forward to seeing the sons you love and are praying for even now.  Know that my prayers join theirs, and yours for a future so splendid, so redeeming and beautiful that only God could take credit for the script.  I'm not sure if I'll be taking John Union with me tomorrow (he's 7yoa) to offer them our condolences on your temporary separation from them, I'll have to feel it out before we leave but I do look forward to the opportunities in store for us to grow in a relationship with one another, one that will bring joy to you and our Heavenly Father, for He is truly our strength, our salvation and our song most especially during our times of loss like this. We have lost one of the kindest, gentlest, souls I have ever known.  I was blessed to have known Cesar, I will miss him very much.  He always had a way of making me laugh, even when I didn't think it was possible!  

I send my thoughts and prayers to his family and friends.        



Bita, Cesar's sister, is a dear friend of mine.

  May the Lord grant Cesar a glorious passage home so that he can now rest and enjoy eternal life.  
 May the Lord help and strengthen Cesar's family during this painful 
time.  May they turn their thoughts and prayers to Jesus who redeem-
ed us and will see them through this journey.

May Bita and Abe and their family be given the strength to cope with 
Cesar's passing.  Enlighten them, Holy Spirit, as their faith grows 
during a trying time.
