Clemen graduated from Johnston High School and went on to work in retail and sales. She was also a member of the Southside Church of Christ.
She is survived by her sons, James Matthew Boling (Hilda Boling), and Roger Dale Boling, her grandchildren, Michaila Gonzales-Boling, Brianna Harp (Corey Harp), and Matthew Boling. As well as her great-grandchildren Zaiden, Zaxton and Zylan Harp. And sister, Leora Richardson.
A memorial service will be held in honor of Clemen, on January 25, 2025, at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home, 6300 W William Cannon Dr., Austin TX 78749, starting at 1:30 PM with visitation time and the service starting at 2:00 PM
