Donna and I worked together at the Braum's Ice Cream shop off of Belt Line Road & Greenville Ave as high school kids. We lost touch a long time ago, but her smile and sense of humor would drift into my thoughts from time to time.  I'm truly saddened to hear of your passing, Donna, but the 18-year-old version of you, dressed in that dreadful orange & white shirt that you somehow managed to still look cute in, lives on with me. 

Donna was my best friend growing up on Ashland Drive in Richardson. We lost touch over the years, but I think about her often.  Ellen or Max, please contact me dorrie1963@gmail.com.  
I just found out about this via the RHS 1981 class reunion page.   I'm so sad to hear this news.

I remember three of our heads hitting the top of her 73 orange pinto as we were sailing down Belt Line. Donna had one of her laughs where nothing comes out for awhile.

Best of all I remember her horsemanship, her friendship, and mostly, the laughter! Richardson Eagles, Class of '81.

I am so heart broken about Donna's passing. Although i didn't know her and Craig for very long it was such a pleasure talking with her. Especially about sewing! I met Donna at the famous Crown and Anchor thru friends that worked there. I'm happy i  got to know Craig as well. Donna wanted to surprise Craig with a Western Shurt for Christmas this past year. The collaboration with Craig and Donna was so much fun! When ever i'd see Donna we would immediately start talking sewing shop. She loved making all those beautiful masks for family, friends and strangers.   I will miss my friend.  My thoughts and prayers go out to Craig, Disney and the entire family and friends who knew and loved her.

I am sorry I did not know Donna better personally, but it is obvious that she had a tremendous impact on many young people in her career as an exemplary horse trainer.  Rest in peace, Sister.
