Dorothy Frances Stepken Dorothy Frances Stepken, age 75, of Austin, died on February 14, 2005. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Kenneth Johnston and Ted Sadler Johnston. Dorothy is survived by son, Ricky Dale Stepken and wife Elaine, son, James Noel Stepken; three grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren; sister, Laura Bomar; and numerous nieces and nephews. Dorothy will be greatly missed. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 18, 2005, at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center Library, 4801 LaCrosse Avenue, Austin, Texas, (512) 292-4100.
