Helen Marie Lane, age 87, of Austin, passed away Saturday, June 16, 2012. She was born August 22, 1924 to James Porter Schooley and Ollie Louise Baker Schooley in Burnet, Texas.
Mrs. Lane was a graduate of Austin High School.
She is survived by her son, Stephen “Steve” Gray Lane; daughter-in-law, Glenda Diane Lane; and grandson, Sean Gray Lane; and numerous other family members and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 21, 2012 at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Memorial Park with Reverend Don Long officiating.
