Jack Randolph Williams Jack Randolph Williams, age 89, of Austin, passed away on December 5, 2007. Jack was a WWII combat veteran and medic, a firefighter for the City of Austin for 33 years, a builder, a man of many talents. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Ellen Dannelley Williams and his son John Randolph Williams. He is survived by his daughter, Janice Williams Wilson and husband Robert; sons, Richard Ladd Williams and Robert Paul Williams, three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; and other family members. Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, December 7, 2007 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 8, 2007 at the Elgin Cemetery, Elgin, Texas with military and Austin Fire Department honors. The family wishes to thank the staff of the William R. Courtney Texas State Veterans Home in Temple for their care and compassion during Jacks illness.
