Joyce McIntosh, age 86, of Liberty Hill, Texas passed away on Monday, February 5, 2007. She was born in Bergman, Arkansas on June 7, 1920 to Samuel and Emma (Chambers) Brown. Joyce was a retired Registered Nurse, a member of University Avenue Church of Christ and was active for many years with Common Cause. She loved painting and left many beautiful pictures for her family and friends to cherish. She is survived by two daughters, Ann Lusk of Austin and Kathy Mussman of Corpus Christi; and three grandchildren, Allison Spangenberg (Chris) of Los Angeles, Kathryn Lusk of Houston and Jennifer Lusk of Tokyo. Her husband, Guy McIntosh; a daughter, Cynthia McIntosh; her parents and all her siblings preceded her in death. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 8th at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 9, 2007 in the Weed-Corley-Fish Chapel officiated by Mr. Dean Smith of University Ave. Church of Christ. A private burial will be held at Waco Memorial Park.
