Judy Ann Davis

Judy Ann (Schmitt) Davis was called home to be with her Lord on December 16, 2016 in San Marcos, TX. Born on June 8, 1939 in Bexar County Texas, Judy’s life spanned 77 years, 6 months and 8 days. Judy was a long time resident of the Austin area. For most of her career she was employed by the State of Texas in the Treasury Department. She retired after 35 years of service and later worked building a family business with her late husband Bill Davis.

Upon her second retirement Judy and Bill moved to Cloudcroft, NM where they spent most of their time enjoying the mountains. Upon returning from New Mexico she lived in the Hays County area until her passing.

Judy was preceded in death by her Father, Henry L. Schmitt; Mother, Dorothy E. (Love) Schmitt; Husband of 54 years, William H. Davis and her dear Brother-in-law Robert Wilson.

She is survived by her sister, Dannye Lee Wilson of Wimberley, TX; Son and Daughter-in-law Timothy & Jan Davis of Belton, TX; Daughter and Son-in-law Kimberly & Mike Eubanks of Plano, TX; Son and Daughter-in-law David & Laura Davis of Austin, TX; 8 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren.

Services will be held graveside at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery, 14501 North IH-35, Pflugerville, TX on Monday, December 19, 2016, at 11:00 am.
