

Judy Marie McBride-Woodyard, beloved wife and mother passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of Monday April 4, 2011 surrounded by her loving family at the age of 52 after her ongoing fight against cancer. Judy was born on April 12, 1958 in Austin, TX to Jack and Mildred McBride. Judy was known by her infectious smile and fun loving personality. She is recognized for her great service to anyone she would meet, but especially for her many years of taking care of both her father and mother in their last years. Judy comes from a very large and proud family, which continues to support their deceased parent’s business of McBrides Guns. Judy will be missed by her loving husband of 9 years, Michael Woodyard. She is leaving behind her sons, Jason and James, and daughters, Aimee and Amber. Her four adored grandchildren Madison, Haylee, Tanner, and Cameran. Judy also leaves to cherish her memory brothers Jay, James and Joe, and sisters Joyce, Joan and Janice.
Visitation for Judy will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM on Wednesday, April 6 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home on 3125 North Lamar Boulevard in Austin. Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 7 at the same funeral home. Interment will follow at the Assumption Cemetery.
