Lawrence Edward Reed, III was born July 6, 1963 to Lawrence and Gardie Roland Reed, Austin, Texas. He was the elder of two children born to this union. He professed a hope in Christ at an early age, uniting with St. Paul Baptist Church, Reverend A . R. Hargrove, Pastor. He was proceeded in death by: his grandmother Lolelia S. Mullens and his father, Lawrence Edwards Reed, Jr. Lawrence leaves to cherish his memories: a daughter, Lemetria R. Reed; mother, Gardie Roland Reed; sister, Linda R. (Kelvin) Dews; nephew, Kelvin (KJ) Dews; a special friend, LaKeisha Battle; and a host of relatives and many, many friends.
