Jeanne sent this picture and I have cherished it so! Dr. Baker’s humor and  his presence in my life will always be a part of me. I love him and Jeanne dearly.  Dr. Baker used to go to lunch everyday with his friend and colleague, Dr. Karl Folkers at “The Club”. One day he was heading out in the rain to go meet Dr. Folkers and he waved at me standing up on the porch of ENS and shouted, “Come in in, the water’s fine!” He will be missed by so many. ❤️

My prayers are with you, Jeanne and Carolyn. Having you, Carolyn, as my very dear friend has given me the added joy of getting to know your parents.  I'm so glad I got to visit you all and know Dr Baker -such a fine man always with a smile and warm greeting.  I am thinking of you, Jeanne and Carolyn, with love and prayers for comfort. 

My heart goes out to your family, Carolyn and Jeanne. Lee Baker was such a sweet gentleman. He always had a twinkle in his eye every time I had the pleasure to visit with him and Jeanne. 

You will never be forgotten. Your precious family and memories will be cherished by many. Rest In Peace sweet Lee.  You left a wonderful legacy of accomplishments and memories. 

Dealing with loss is never easy. May the memory of Lee's happy smile and the twinkle in his eyes comfort you.

A true scholar, a gentleman, gentle soul, artist, best sense of humor ever, and my dear neighbor for 27 years.  Lee, we will miss your smile, quiet laugh, and clever humor!  And I will miss our delicious Happy Hours at Baker Hill.
