Our beloved Mother Maria Eloisa Borrego-Rodriguez, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Sunday, July 22, 2007 surrounded by her loving family and friends. Eloisa joins her beloved husband, Alejandro Rodriguez; eldest daughter, Velia, youngest daughter, Guadalupe in Heaven. Survived by her sons, Richard Rodriguez and wife, Mary, Alejandro Jr.; daughters, Mary A. Castillo and husband, John A., Carmen Figueroa and husband, Daniel Sr.; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren. The Rosary will be at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at Wilke-Clay-Fish Funeral Home. Mass will be celebrated at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, July 25, 2007 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1209 E. 9th St. with Reverend Harry Dean officiating. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery. The family wishes to thank all the medical professionals that assisted throughout her illness, the staff at Regency Village Care Center and Angel Heart Hospice for their kindness to Mother and for the care they provided.
