Mark is survived by his parents Gordon Zahn of Conroe, TX and Dorothy Himmel of Corpus Christi, TX; his wife Terry and her children Eric Bates and Christa French, son-in-law Kris French and their children Jenny and Katelynn; his sister and brother-in-law Cindy and Gary Weed of Dallas; nieces Allison and Amanda Weed and great nephew Nathan Fink.
Mark was a very compassionate, loving man who liked to help others. He was a source of strength to his family. Mark was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed building trails, cycling, skiing, kayaking and golfing. From early childhood Mark was fascinated and passionate about cars – they were his work, hobby and source of enjoyment.
Visitation will be held at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, Thursday, March 10, 6:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at United Christian Church, 3500 West Parmer Lane, at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 11, preceded by a visitation at 10:00 am.
