

Nancille Sewell Willis, 92, of Austin formerly of Dallas, passed away on August 17, 2010. She was born on June 19, 1918 in Wichita Falls, TX to Davis B. and Eva Maude (Wentworth) Sewell. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Monette Hicks, infant brother Wentworth and former husband Lem J. Willis. She is survived by her two daughters, Lynette Weisheit of Dallas and Carol Willis-Reynolds of Austin and their spouses, Richard and Robert; her grandchildren, Wes and Kelsey Weisheit of Dallas and Andria Chaney and her spouse Robert and Grady Reynolds.
She worked as a bookkeeper for an oil company that also owned a cattle ranch prior to WW II in Wichita Falls and in later years works in an oil production dept, insurance company and as one of the first group of Mary Kay consultants in Dallas.
She was a faithful member of University Park United Methodist Church in Dallas for nearly 50 years, and became a member of Terrytown United Methodist Church upon moving to Austin 11 years ago. She was an active member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority for 72 years and served as a chapter president in 1978-79 for the Preceptor Beta Tau chapter in Dallas.
The family would like to thank the staff at Grace House and Resolution Hospice for their compassionate care and love given in her last days.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 23, 2010 at Riverside Cemetery in Wichita Falls, Texas.
