Oliver Herman Dover Jr, of Manor, Texas passed away on December 1, 2020 at St. David’s Hospital in Austin, Texas. He was 84 years old. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Doris Dover of Manor, Texas, daughter, Deborah Walters of Alabama, son, Gary W. Dover and Wife Tina Dover of Manor Texas, 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren. He is also survived by 3 siblings, Larry Dover of Georgia, Donnie Dover of Georgia and Judy McPhearson of Georgia.
