Oliver Henry Fleming

Oliver Henry Fleming, age 4, was born July 10, 2009 and died Sunday, January 12, 2014. We suspect the cause was lack of oxygen during a seizure that happened while he was sleeping. We are grieving deeply. This pain is unimaginable. Oliver's brother doesn't really understand what has happened. Oliver's sister said to me, "Mommy, maybe Oliver was one of those children who was always an angel. He was sent to us to teach us about love and happiness and now it’s time for him to go to be with a new family."

Oliver certainly taught us. He made us better people, a better family, and impacted the lives of everyone he ever met forever, even if it was just through a glance with those gorgeous, big eyes. We are not prepared for his story to be over and would give anything, ANYTHING, to have him returned to us.

Please join us on Saturday, January 18th, 2014, at the First Baptist Church located at 901 Trinity Street for a memorial celebrating the life of Oliver Henry Fleming. Service will begin at 11:00 a.m. We have a very family centered gathering planned and all ages are welcome. Food will be served after the memorial. We hope you will join us for further fellowship and sharing of Oliver's memories.
