Otis M. Smith, age 62 of Del Valle, Texas passed away on Tuesday, July 8, 2008. He was born on November 16, 1945 to A.D. Smith and Ellen Yates in Jefferson County, Texas. He is survived by his children, Tonya Haynes, Otis Smith, Jr., Greg Smith, Beck Andrus, Hollie Skinner; brothers, Milton Smith, John Smith, David Smith, Dwayne Smith; sisters, Linda Owens, Brenda Berchard, Diana Smith. Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm on Friday, July 18, 2008, with a Graveside Service to follow at 2:00 pm at Haynie Chapel Cemetery.
