

Pamela Ann Golden was known as “Pam, Pammie, and Nana”, She was born in Austin, TX on September 6, 1955, to Doris and Nugent Golden. She lived in Austin and in Madrid Spain, as a Military Child!
Pam has served Christ through many ministries from her childhood to the present at the Olivet Baptist Church. Her life was a testament to her faith, generosity, humility, and boundless love!
Pam’s preference for beautiful bright colors, was a reflection of her exquisite taste in fashion and her presence would brighten any room!
She was so talented, she would bake for fund raisers, and many friends and family would request her special desserts! She loved to sew, make crafts, do logic puzzles, and watch classic western and detective shows, she was also an avid sports fan!
She was very knowledgeable, and she loved to empower others as an Accountant and Trainer for The Department of Human Services, where others sought her expertise for many years! She also developed many long-lasting relationships during her long career with the State of Texas!
Pamela was loved by her family, and she had a special place in everyone’s heart!
She was preceded in death by her parents, Doris Golden and Nugent Golden, and her brother, Garrett Dunn. She was one of the “Four Golden Girl Sisters”. To Cherish her memory, She leaves her son Nugent Maurice Golden, her sisters: Wanda Walker, Grace Odu, and Sheila Dennis (Willie Dennis), Grandchildren, and a host of other loving relatives, family, and friends.
