It is with open hearts that we celebrate the life of Dr. Ralph Benjamin White. Growing up in Charleston, South Carolina with his 3 siblings and parents, Hazel Mae and Wesley Durant White. He joined his future bride, Linda Bradshaw, at the University of South Carolina where he received his bachelor's degree in 1974. It was in Austin, Texas that they welcomed their first child, Jenna Bezdek, followed by their son, Evan White. After attaining his Doctorate from The University of Texas at Austin in 1980, he started his professorship in Columbia, South Carolina, and welcomed his daughter, Lindsay Davis. He is survived by his Sister, Sarah Nomburg, brothers, Wesley Tautachi and David White, children, Jenna Bezdek, Evan White, and Lindsay Davis, and 6 beautiful grandchildren, Braden, Brittany, Lauren and Alyssa Bezdek, Jude Davis, and Lia Linda White.
May his pure and tender soul echo through the generations as he sings his way to the heavens to reunite with his long-awaited love, Linda.
