As a native Austinite, he graduated from Austin high school & then served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
His next choice was to become a plumber, then master plumber & he was self-employed for over 50 years. He was very proud of being a Master Mason at Hill City Lodge No. 456 AF & AM.
For more than 60 years he taught & served his Mason brothers.
Survivors include his daughter, Debbie Shupe, numerous nieces & nephews & countless friends around the nation.
Graveside services will be at 11 A. M. on Wednesday, May 26 at Forest Oaks Memorial Park.
