Bob was born August 17th, 1942 in Lebanon Indiana. He died June 18th, 2015 from complications due to a stroke earlier in the year. After serving 20 years in the USAF, including a tour in Vietnam, Bob spent the next 25 years building a successful real estate career as a Broker with Keller Williams Realty. He was a very active and loyal member of the VFW Post 3377 and was awarded the “State Commander of the Year” for his dedicated service.
Bob was preceded in death by his loving daughter Victoria Whitaker. He is survived by his two sons Robbie and Scott Whitaker and their mother Cindy Meyer. His daughter in Laws Geni Campbell and Alisha Whitaker and 8 grandchildren. Brittney Ramirez, Brandi Carter, Misty and Jaylynn Whitaker, Kasey Whitaker and Jeremy, Zach and Austin Branham.
The Memorial Service will be held at Cook Walden Memorial Gardens 6300 W. William Cannon Drive, July 10th at 10:00 a.m. After the service the family will host a “Celebration of life “at his children’s home.
