Sharon Reaugh (Watson) Ellis, 68, of Austin, died at 4:14am on Monday, July 30 at South Austin Medical Center. Born August 23, 1949 in Austin, TX. She was a lifelong resident. She married Donald C. Ellis on November 18, 1984 at Saengerrunde Halle in downtown. Mrs. Ellis worked at Farmers Insurance Group for 42 years as a secretary. She retired in 2009. She was also an avid bowler and coach. She coached the youth bowling league for 30 years.
She was preceded is death by her parents, Reaugh and Vernon Watson; and stepson, Donnie Ellis.
Her husband, Don; her daughter, Krystal Schipper and husband Devin of Austin; stepson, Shawn Ellis and wife Cathy of Huntsville, AK; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many wonderful cousins and extended family survive Sharon.
Visitation 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress with Funeral Service to begin at 2:00 pm. Interment to follow at Live Oak Cemetery, Manchaca, Texas.
