Maria Tra Vuong Baumeister left for heaven Wednesday evening, February 27, 2013. Tra was born April 28, 1953 to Nguyen Minh Vuong and Thanh Thi Pham in Saigon, Vietnam. Tra is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Baumeister.
Tra is survived by her loving son, Adam Baumeister, the Vuongs clan, her mother-in-law, Oma, her aunts, her brother-in-law and her sisters-in-law, all her nieces and nephews. She will be missed by all that loved her.
The family will receive friends at 5:00 pm, Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 6300 West William Cannon Drive, Austin, TX 78749. Funeral Service will be at 2:00pm, Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at St. Catherine of Siena, 4800 Convict Hill Road, Austin, TX 78749.
