

Tyrell "Ty" Williams Tyrell "Ty" Williams, 31, of Austin, TX was called home on Monday, February 11, 2008. He was born December 25, 1976 in Oklahoma City, OK. He graduated high school in Edmond, OK in 1995. He worked in various trades, and lived in a number of cities, before deciding that he wanted to serve his country and entered the U.S. Marine Corps in 2003. His 4.5 years of service included three tours of duty in Iraq, with an honorable discharge at the rank of Sergeant in November 2007. His positive outlook on life and strong spirit will be deeply missed by his surviving family, mother Dayton Williams, father Russ Williams, grandfather Ed Davis, sister Shae Williams, brother Caleb Williams, his faithful dog Sadie, and his scores of friends. The first farewell will be held in Austin, the city he chose to begin his life, at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 16. His graveside ceremony will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 25 at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, and we will have a celebration of his life on 24 February in Dallas.
