She was a mother, daughter, sister, grandmother and friend to many. She is survived by one sister, Beth Ann Rasmuessen, two daughters Jennifer Jo Higgs and Nichole Lee Koerth. She also has four grandchildren; Elizabeth Nichole Higgs, Benjamin Shelton Higgs, Haley Michelle Higgs, and Nicholas Allen Koerth.
Vicky was an inspector for the Texas Dept. of Transportation for over 22 years. She was loved by many and will truly be missed. We love you Momma.
