Victor attended Odom, where he was the 1st honor class in Austin, Bedichek, Crockett, where he received top honor, and Dripping Spings High School. He received two full ride scholarships to the University of Texas, and attended Park College and A&M. He earned his degree, joined the navy, married Becky Baldwin, and had a daughter, Laura. He later married Candace Ripperda. He had management positions in careers with Labcorp, Prismnet and The IRS. He was a homeowner in Kyle, TX.
A funeral service will be held for Victor on Saturday, August 21 at 10:00 AM at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home, 6300 West William Cannon Drive, Austin, Texas 78749 with a graveside service to immediately follow at Teck Cemetery, 2600 R.R. 620, Austin, Texas 78749. A police escort will be guiding the procession from the funeral home to the cemetery.
