Bill was born December 9, 1936 in DeRidder, Louisiana. Bill is survived by his longtime life partner Dr. Lawrence Richard, 3 children, Renee Bivens, Greg Bilbo and Michelle Serafin, 7 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. He was proceeded in death by his mother Mary "Joyce" Sucharski (Hardy), father William Talbot Bilbo, Sr, and brother Charles Edward Bilbo.
Visitation for Bill will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a Homily at 3:30 p.m., at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 3125 N. Lamar Blvd, Austin, Texas.
