William (Billy) Lovis Crow Jr, 44 of Cedar Park, Texas passed away on August 14, 2007. He is survived by his two daughters, Allison Austin Crow and Bailey Janine Crow, and their mother Elizabeth Janine Crow of Katy, Texas; his three sisters, Sandra Louise Crow, Karen Lynne Crow and Bonnie Leigh Crow all of Austin; his brother Jackie Raymond Crow of Pflugerville and his stepmother, Vivian Ann Crow of Round Rock. Billy was born in TwentyNine Palms, California on July 23, 1963 to Ruth Louise Ritzert Crow (deceased) and William Lovis Crow Sr (deceased). Billy obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from the University of Texas in Austin. He was an avid sports fan and played on various softball teams over the years. He had a quick wit and was a shark when it came to playing cards and dominoes. The two things he held most precious in this life were his adorable daughters, Allison and Bailey. He will be deeply missed by all. A memorial service will be held Sunday, August 19, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. at Bethany United Methodist Church, 10010 Anderson Mill Rd.
