Estelle Lafleur Chassé

Le 30 décembre 2017, est décédée Estelle Lafleur Chassé, entourée de sa famille. EIle laisse dans le deuil ses enfants Marc (Martine Delécolle), Robert (Lyse Sabourin), Henri et Annick (Donald Dubois), ses petits-enfants Olivier, Renaud, Maxime, Grégori, Gabrielle, Pascale et Nicolas et ses arrière-petits-enfants Charlotte, Juliette et Léo. Elle était la fille de feu Maître Lorenzo Lafleur c.r. et de feu Yvonne Lafleur et l’épouse dévouée de feu Lieutenant-Colonel Henri Chassé. Elle laisse dans le deuil ses soeurs: Louise (feu le juge Jean-Pierre Beaulne), Roxane (feu Louis Desmarais) et son frère Robert S. Lafleur (Louise Fleury). Elle fut aussi prédécédée par sa sœur Francine Lafleur (feu Brock King) et de son frère Jean ((Betty Montreuil) (Lorraine Laflèche)). Les funérailles auront lieu à l’église St-Paul, 26 chemin Eardley d’Aylmer, le lundi 8 janvier, à 10h00. La famille recevra les condoléances à l’église à compter de 9h00. It is with great sadness that the Chassé family announces the passing of Estelle Lafleur Chassé, in Gatineau, on December 30, 2017, surrounded by her family. She will be greatly missed by her sons Marc (Martine Delécolle), Robert (Lyse Sabourin), Henri and daughter Annick (Donald Dubois), and her grand-children Olivier, Renaud, Maxime, Grégori, Gabrielle, Pascale and Nicolas and her great grand-children Charlotte, Juliette and Léo. She was the daughter of the late Lorenzo Lafleur Q.C. and the late Yvonne Lafleur NS and devoted and loving wife of the late Lieutenant-Colonel Henri Chassé. She will be missed by her sisters Louise (The late Honourable Jean-Pierre Beaulne, Q.C.), Roxane (the late Louis Desmarais) and her brother Robert S. Lafleur (Louise Fleury). She was also predeceased by her brother Jean ((Betty Montreuil) (Lorraine Laflèche)) and her sister Francine. She had a passion for the History of Art and obtained her master degree in History of Art from the University of Ottawa.The funeral will take place at the Saint Paul church, 26 Eardley road in Aylmer, January 8th, at 10:00 a.m. Family and friends may pay their respects at the church from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. The family wishes to express their appreciation to the staff of the palliative care of the Hull hospital in Gatineau for the excellent care they provided her. In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to the Gatineau Health Foundation.
