She leaves behind her husband, Côme Castonguay; her sons Joey and Corey (Roxanne) Verboomen; and her granddaughters Violet, Siera, and Summer; her brothers and sisters, the late Betty, Joanne, Ludger (Linda), Suzanne (Ron), and the late Leslie; her step-daughters Melanie and Marilyne, and her step-son Mathieu, as well as many other members of the large family of which she was a part of.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home, located at 47 Denise-Friend Street, Aylmer, QC, J9H 3A8. The family will receive condolences starting at 10:00 a.m.
Instead of flowers, the family invites those who wish to make a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
