Maurice Savard

It is with great sadness that we, the Savard family, announce the passing of Maurice (Moe) son of late Laurent Savard and late Éléona Ouellette at the age of 64, leaving behind his loving wife Linda Howell. He was the proud and loving father of Maurice Jr. (Amanda), Randy (Vicky) and Jamie (Manon). Cherished grand papa of Jake, Emma and Benjamin. Maurice will be missed by his sisters: Jeannine (late Armand), Irène (late Pierre), Lise (Gilles), Suzanne (Ken) and the late Hélène and his brothers: Henri (late Anna), André (Grace), Guy (Mary Jane), Marcel (Dorothy), Richard and the late Robert (Mimi) and his sister-in-law Jackie Prince (late Bidou) and brother-in-law Michael Howell (Lise). Moe will be remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Family and friends are invited to Racine, Robert & Gauthier Beauchamp Funeral Home, 47 Denise Friend, Gatineau, Tuesday July 24, 2012 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Family will receive condolences at church at 10:30 a.m. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at St. Mark The Evangelist, 160 Principale Street, Gatineau, at 11a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Maurice can be made to the ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Society of Ontario). La famille Savard annonce avec une grande tristesse le décès de Maurice Savard à l'âge de 64 ans. Il était l'époux bien-aimé de Linda Howell. Outre son épouse, il laisse dans le deuil ces trois garçon: Maurice Jr. (Amanda), Randy (Vicky) et Jamie (Manon) ainsi que ses petits-enfants Jake, Emma et Benjamin. Il laisse également ses soeurs: Jeannine (feu Armand), Irène (feu Pierre), Lise (Gilles), Suzanne (Ken) et feu Hélène et ses frères:Henri (feu Anna), André (Grace), Guy (Mary Jane), Marcel (Dorothy), Richard et feu Robert (Mimi) et sa belle-soeur Jackie Prince(feu Bidou) et son beau-frère Michael Howell (Lise). Moe restera dans la mémoire de tout ses nièces, neveux et amis. La famille invite parents et amis à la Maison Funéraire Racine, Robert & Gauthier Beauchamp, 47 Denise Friend, Gatineau, le mardi 24 juillet 2012 de 19h à 22h. La messe commémorative sera célébrée le mercredi 25 juillet 2012, en l’église St-Mark’s, 160 rue Principale, Aylmer, à 11h. La famille recevra les condoléances à l'église à compter de 10h30. Au lieu des fleurs, les donations à mémoire de Maurice peuvent être fait a SLA (la Société ontarienne de la sclérose latérale amyotrophique).
