Frank Megna

Born on October 25, 1941, in Copiague, NY, Frank was the beloved son of Salvatore Megna and Eva Trifaro. A proud Army veteran, Frank served his country with honor from 1962 to 1968.

Frank was the devoted husband of Barbara Megna for 60 wonderful years. Together, they built a life centered around love, family, and lasting memories. He was a cherished father to Linda and Charles (Robert David), and is predeceased by his beloved son, Greg. Frank was also a caring brother to the late Eva Megna Moses and a cherished Uncle.

He had a deep appreciation for the outdoors and spent countless happy hours golfing, boating, hunting, and fishing. He was especially fond of the family pets, Tucker and the late Sahara, who brought him great joy and companionship.

Frank will be remembered for his warm heart, his dedication to family and friends, and his quiet strength. He was a loving father, a loyal cousin, and a trusted friend to many. His presence will be missed, but his legacy will live on in the lives of all who knew and loved him.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations be made in honor of Frank to The Tunnel to Towers Foundation or to any Veterans program.

A visitation for Frank will be held Thursday, June 12, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM at Claude R. Boyd/Spencer Funeral Homes, 448 West Main Street, Babylon, NY 11702. A visitation will occur Thursday, June 12, 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 448 West Main Street, Babylon, NY 11702. A religious service will occur Friday, June 13, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM, 448 West Main Street, Babylon, NY 11702. A burial will occur Friday, June 13, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at Trinity Cemetery, Rainbow Lane, North Amityville, NY 11701.
