Jean Cunneen-Hughes, 71, of West Babylon, entered into Eternal Life on Monday, February 5, 2024. Beloved wife of Phillip. Devoted mother of Stacey, Brian, and Peter. Adored grandmother of Alanna, Jack, Jocelyn, Brady, Shamus, and Keely. Loving sister of Jim and Diane. Also survived by her cherished pets, Duke, Momy and Baby. Jean was a Florist at Stop n Shop on Route 109 in West Babylon whose creativity brought much joy and comfort to the recipient of her creative eye and loving heart who was never too busy to lend an ear to every person whose path crossed hers. Devoted to her family, Jean always put the needs and concerns of others before her own with the patience of a saint and the heart of an angel. While flowers were her passion, Jean loved caring for her plants, enjoyed traveling, as well as lovingly annoying her husband. Jean will be forever loved and deeply missed by each life that she touched. Family will receive friends at Claude R. Boyd-Spencer Funeral Home, 448 W.
