Jessica Lynn Leinbaugh, 33, of Babylon, NY, passed away on April 25, 2026. She was the loving daughter of John and Theresa Leinbaugh, and cherished sister to Jennifer. She was the beloved girlfriend of Peter G. Usuriello and a devoted companion to her dog, Potter.
A passionate educator, Jessica was a dedicated math teacher who loved inspiring children and nurturing a love for learning. She also had a creative spirit, enjoying hobbies such as jigsaw puzzles, diamond art, and crafting—especially projects using her Cricut.
Visitation will be held at Claude R. Boyd-Spencer Funeral Homes, 448 West Main Street, Babylon, NY, on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:30 PM and again from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Joseph’s R.C. Church, Babylon, NY, on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at 10:15 AM, followed by private cremation.
Jessica’s warmth, creativity, and dedication to others touched the lives of many, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
